Pronunciation is one of the four marking criteria of the IELTS Speaking Test. Nepali students tend to worry a little too much about accent and sounding Nepali. Here is the news, STOP WORRYING. 

I am glad to inform all my Nepali students that, IELTS Speaking Test does NOT mark your accent. So, relax be natural and try to speak as you normally do with your friends. Here are a few things to remember:

- Do NOT sound monotonous
- Show excitement and emotions while speaking like we do everyday, be natural
- If you mispronounce some words, FIX that. Otherwise, just be yourself and that's it, relax and express yourself.
